I’m a California girl born and raised in San Francisco, and a proud mom of two wild but perfect little boys. Life is busy and full of energy around here! When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with my family and friends—out exploring new places, cheering at sporting events (go Giants, 49ers, Warriors), hitting the beach, trying new restaurants, taking day trips, visiting the zoo, traveling, doing fun kiddo things, volunteering at school, coaching sports or soaking up the magic at Disneyland.
Spending time with the people I love has always been one of the greatest joys in my life. That love for connection is what sparked my passion for hosting, entertaining, planning events and bringing people together. Even as a kid, I was obsessed with “playing restaurant” and taking orders—though I can’t promise I ever brought the food out. That early love for hospitality led me to the University of San Francisco, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Since then, I’ve spent over fifteen years in the hospitality industry—working in restaurants, bars, catering, event planning and management. One of my favorite chapters was managing the luxury suites at Oracle Park, home of the San Francisco Giants… where I also happened to meet my husband!
Eventually, I was presented with a new opportunity, and since 2014, I’ve been fortunate to work at Stanford Healthcare in the Cancer Center, where I currently serve as a Senior Manager. It's a completely different world, but I still get to do what I love most—help people. Whether it’s assisting patients, supporting my work family, or keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, bringing comfort and care to people has always been at the heart of what I do. And while I may not be serving food or drinks these days, my love for food never faded. When I received a charcuterie box as a birthday gift, it sparked so much joy—it wasn’t just food, it was an experience my family and I got to share and enjoy together. That moment inspired Graze & Mingle—a way for me to blend my love of creativity, food, and bringing people together.
My mission is simple: to bring a little joy to someone’s day - one box, one board, one charcuterie cart at a time. I’d be honored to handcraft your charcuterie experience and help make your next gathering more special. Thanks so much for taking the time to visit- I look forward to meeting you!
Love,
Shannon
